appearance
Dread's build is delicate: He's pale as if he'd never seen sunlight all his life, hair accordingly absolute in its black colour, and he has a build bordering anorexic. There's no physical strength here - someone with average strength could pin him down with ridiculous ease and barely notice much of the thrashing that would no doubt ensue.

He keeps his hair long, at shoulder length. It's naturally curly, which makes it go all over the place as if unkempt.

While in no way taller than average, his fingers would befit a pianist, long and spidery, fitting the rest of his appearance.

His attire of choice is a featureless black, which only serves to emphasise that pale colour of skin, giving him more the appearance of a walking corpse than anything else.

His eyes seem to match the monochrome theme of the rest of him by being so darkly brown that it takes some effort to distinguish the pupil from the iris.

Dread occasionally wears lipstick - varying blue hues (though rarely icy, typically much warmer than one might expect from his personality) and black are his colours of choice there. Matching that is an occasional use of black nail varnish, though only if the current length of his fingernails deserves emphasis. Without the lipstick, his lips are almost colourlessly pale, making his mouth appear more line a thin pencil line drawn into his face than anything real.

av. description
Both his online and astral forms are the same (he doesn't use former much at all) - and dabble excessively in clichés, intentionally.

Dread's online form is almost identical to his offline appearance, excepting two changes for effect:

For one, his shoulders sprout black wings that fan out to a width that is twice his height. These things are made of feathers that seem crafted of a flexible form of obsidian - their cut is about as vicious if their edge is used as a blade.

The second different are his elongated canines, catering to his already fairly vampiric appearance by nature and further turning him into more of a walking nightmare than anything encountered in reality.
attitude
Dread's shortcomings are his strength: This creature has no morals but his own, a crooked set of ideals that take darwinism to an extreme, and, to that, onto the level of the psyche - who is not strong enough to withstand him is not worth sparing.

One should not underestimate Dread's egoism - he will always do what is best for him, which includes thoughts about consequences... however, what stops a man who has almost nothing to fear?

[ NOTE: THIS IS A GAMEMASTER CHARACTER. IF YOU WANT TO JUSTIFY YOUR UBER CHARACTER WITH THIS PROFILE, YOU HAVE JUST LOST THAT ARGUMENT. FAIL. ]

Dread has never been to any form of school - his concept of written language and mathematics is accordingly narrow. He has little knowledge of the world - but the fewest people notice, as he more than makes up for it by a nearly perfect knowledge of social structures, psychology and philosophy, and more than just the occasional practical trick.

The most useful trick by far is probably his psychic prowess; an ability to slide his own mind upon those of others to read their thoughts, to infuse his own, and to go as far as to manipulate their actions like a puppeteer.

In his early years, Dread used this power exclusively to stay alive - understanding it to be an advantage no one else had, he had no deep urge to flaunt it, and only occasionally dabbled in confronting people with their fears in crafted nightmares. That passivity has grown stale to him over time, however, and he's found a drug amongst his social interactions that's hard to escape the lure of.
