A **Netizen** forms the blanket-term for [[terminology:Denizen|Denizens]] and [[terminology:Citizen|Citizens]] and means 'human being encountered on the internet'. A few people use the term 'Netizen' synonymous with either term - either not acknowledging the humanity of Denizens or not acknowledging that Citizens belong into the internet to the same degree that Denizens can.
