**Gunar** is a character in [[Sanctuary:Fragment:Genos]]. He's a soldier of the Empire. He does not believe he's particularly entitled to speak for the Empire, but paradoxically often does - mostly when someone else is giving a narrative that he considers counter-productive. He's patient, suffering tensions between the Empire and other human settlements in superficial silence.
