A **Citizen** is a flesh-and-blood person connected to the internet (or capable of connecting to the internet, depending on conversation context). The term is used to differentiate them from [[terminology:Puppet|Puppets]] and [[terminology:Denizen|Denizens]], and, together with latter, forms the definition of [[terminology:Netizen]].
